



The Area
L’Alfaz del Pi can be found about 40 minutes drive North along the motorway from Alicante just beyond the lively resort of Benidorm. With its charming old town packed with restaurants and small quaint shops, it is more like the real Spain. There are the larger shops mingling in between making it a busy town during the days. Some of the magical Fiestas appear here through the year to brighten up the generally peaceful atmosphere. It is just a short journey to Altea, with its busy harbour and is literally a short 2 minute ride away.
Also nearby is the town of Albir. Unlike many other Costa Blanca towns Albir has been carefully planned virtually from scratch. Only one or two of the buildings are over five stories high, its avenues are broad and tree lined, and joy of joy, there is plenty of parking. There is a sense of space and an unhurried atmosphere make getting around a pleasure.

Benidorm is chock full of entertainment and is easily reached by the frequent bus service or taxi. The atmospheric Old Town, the shopping area, the big theme parks and wonderful shows and concerts are just some of the highlights for daytime or evening pleasures.

Almafra Campsite
Only opened in April 2007, this site has all the modern facilities you would expect for a five star site. Just entering the main gate and walking into the open planned reception area, you will be immediately impressed by the cleanliness and efficiency of the operation. The greeting from the staff will make you feel welcome, and you'll soon be booked in with their computerised system.
